Administrative Matters

·          Payment may be made using one of the following methods:

o    GIRO/Internet Transfer OCBC Bank Current Account 514-715473-001

o    PayNow (Corporate Paynow Account): UEN 200702572Z (Preferred Payment Mode)

·          All invoices must be paid within 30 calendar days from the invoice date via the company’s corporate bank account. Payments made from personal accounts will not be accepted for funded courses.

·          Please note that SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) may cancel course fee funding in the event of non-payment or late payment. Appeals related to late payments will not be considered by SSG.

·          In cases where funding is rejected, withdrawn or reversed by SSG, ITC reserves the right to recover the full course fee or any outstanding amount from the sponsoring company, regardless of whether     the participant remains employed by the sponsoring company at the time of recovery. ITC retains the option to follow up on any outstanding payments as needed.

1.     Course fees paid to ITC are refundable under the following conditions, based on the date we receive the participant’s written notice of withdrawal or cancellation:

a.     A full refund will be granted if the notice is supported by valid documentation (e.g. medical certificate or official memo).

b.     A full refund will be provided if the notice is received ten or more working days before the course start date.

c.     A 50% refund will be granted if the notice is received less than ten working days but more than three working days before the course start date.

d.     No refund will be provided if the notice is received three working days or less before the course start date.

e.     No refund will be given if the participant fails to attend the course or if no SingPass attendance is recorded.

2.     Any request to reschedule or change course dates after registration will be treated as a withdrawal and subject to the refund conditions stated above. Requests that are supported by valid documentation will be eligible for a full refund.

3.     All refunds will be processed within thirty calendar days from the date the official refund approval letter is issued by ITC.

To nominate a replacement participant, kindly email ITC at least one working day before the course start date with the full details of the replacement. This ensures proper registration and e-attendance setup.

In line with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) requirements, e-attendance submission via SingPass is mandatory for all SSG-funded training programmes. Kindly take note of the following:

·          All learners must download the SingPass mobile application and ensure they are able to log in (via password or biometrics) before the course start date.

·          Attendance submission via SingPass is strictly required. Participants without a valid SingPass login will not be allowed to attend the course, as manual attendance submission is not permitted under SSG policy.

·          E-attendance is the standard mode of attendance tracking for all training and assessment sessions.

·          Foreign learners are encouraged to use SingPass if they possess a valid account.

·          Assessment results will be submitted to TPGateway within 7 working days post-course.

·          Statement of Attainments (SOAs) will be processed via OpenCert within 2 calendar weeks.

·          E-Certs for company-sponsored trainees will be sent to the respective HR departments.

·          Trainees may also download certificates via SkillsFuture Portal.
