All quoted prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Funding is exclusively available to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents. Foreign nationals are not eligible for funding.
Funding is capped at 70% of the course fee and is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).
Please note that in certain instances, trainees may not qualify for funding. Due to Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) regulations, we are unable to inquire about the specific reasons for ineligibility. Affected trainees are advised to contact SSG directly for further clarification. In such cases, the full course fees will be applicable.
Clients are required to establish their profile with the Enterprise Portal for Jobs & Skills (EPJS), including SME Declaration and PayNow account setup. Integrated Training Consultants (ITC) will not be liable for any rejection of absentee payroll claims resulting from incomplete setup.
Clients are also responsible for logging into EPJS to submit their workers' absentee payroll accurately and promptly as required to ensure timely processing.
Payment and Funding Matters:
We kindly request that payment for this invoice be made within 30 days. Please be aware that failure to meet this payment timeline may result in the rejection of grant applications by SSG.
Payment can be made via the following options:
1. PayNow: UEN 200702572Z Account Name: Integrated Training Consultants Pte Ltd
2. Bank Transfer: OCBC Current Account 514-715473-001
3. SkillsFuture Credit [Applicable only to Self-Sponsored Participants]
Please provide notification of payment by sending a transaction confirmation or screenshot. All invoices sponsored by companies should be paid from the respective corporate account. ITC reserves the right to demand full settlement of any outstanding payments in the event of grant cancellation or rejection by SSG.
Replacement of Participant:
Participants may nominate a replacement by notifying ITC via email at least one working day prior to the course commencement date. The email must include the full particulars of the replacement participant.
Withdrawal/Request/Refund:
Course fees paid to ITC are refundable under the following conditions, based on the date of receipt of the trainee's written notice of withdrawal or cancellation:
1. Full refund will be provided if the notice is supported by valid supporting documentation.
2. Full refund will be provided if the notice is received 10 or more working days before the course commencement date.
3. 50% refund will be provided if the notice is received less than 10 working days but more than 3 working days before the course start date.
4. No refund will be provided if the notice is received 3 working days or less before the course start date.
5. No refund will be provided if the participant fails to attend the course or if there is no SingPass attendance recorded.
Any request to change the course date after registration will be considered a withdrawal and will be subject to the aforementioned refund policy. Requests supported by valid documentation will be fully refunded. Refunds will be processed within thirty days from the date of the approved refund letter issued by ITC.

E-Attendance Using SingPass [Mandatory Requirement]:
Kindly inform all learners to download the SingPass application on their mobile devices and ensure they remember their password before the course start date.
SSG mandates the submission of attendance via SingPass. Participants without SingPass will not be permitted to attend the class, as manual attendance submission is not allowed. E-attendance is the standard mode of attendance tracking.
Foreign learners are encouraged to use SingPass if they have it. For learners without SingPass, training will only proceed upon receipt of a written notification (in any form). Should an appeal for non-SingPass attendance be unsuccessful, full course fees will be charged, and cancellation will not be permitted.
Ecerts Submission and Downloading:
Upon successful completion of course, ITC will require about 7 working days to submit and upload the assessment results to TPGateway. Please note that it will now require 2 calendar weeks for the SOAs to be processed and generated through Opencert.
Corporate sponsored trainee’s eCert will be sent to you to your Human Resource department for downloading.
Trainees are also able to download their eCerts directly via SkillsFuture Singapore’s (SSG) portal https://www.myskillsfuture.gov.sg/content/portal/en/index.html
