Digital Curriculum Developer
Key responsibilities
- - Design and develop eLearning and instructor-led training programs for the company based on adult learning principles to make sure learning transfers and knowledge retention.
- - Produce dynamic multimedia content for eLearning.
- - Create highly interactive instructor-led training.
- - Determine instructional methods for instructor-led training such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings and workshops.
- - Develop job aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, eLearning tutorials and reference works.
- - Develop strong relationship with program management to develop course materials and receive feedback.
- - Contribute to overall operations team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- - Maintain a keen understanding of curriculum development trends, developments and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- - Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in curriculum or instructional design or closely related field
- - Possess at least one (1) year of successful experience in course development / design
Preferred Qualifications
- - Ability to work in and manage ambiguity, including dealing with issues, problems, or events that do not always have a process, system, or solution in place
- - Knowledge of eLearning and related software, including: HTML5, Articulate Storyline 2, Flash, Adobe Illustrator.
- - Ability to conceptually and intuitively understand how people learn, and apply that to unique products and lessons
- - Strong and independent interpersonal skills to build rapport with internal and external customers
- - Proficiency in creating learning activities geared for diverse learners
Quality Assurance Specialist:
Key responsibilities
- - Maintain alignment with SkillsFuture Singapore’s TPQA framework and Terms & Conditions.
- - Manage documentation, processes and audits to meet required learning service quality standards.
- - Plan and execute audits on training delivery, assessment practices and trainer qualifications.
- - Analyze learner feedback and performance data to recommend service quality enhancements.
- - Verify credentials and CPD activities to meet SSG’s competency and regulatory requirements.
- - Validate learning materials and assessments for relevance, accuracy and WSQ alignment.
- - Act as liaison with SSG, external auditors, and internal teams for audits and quality reviews.
- - Prepare reports, track non-conformities and ensure timely submission of regulatory data.
Minimum Qualifications
- - Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Adult Learning, Education, Quality Management, Business Administration, Human Resource Development or a related field.
- - At least 2–3 years of quality assurance or compliance experience in Singapore's CET (Continuing Education and Training) sector.
Preferred Qualifications
- - Ability to work in and manage ambiguity, including dealing with issues, problems, or events that do not always have a process, system, or solution in place
- - WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or its predecessor ACTA.
- - Familiar with SSG, WSQ frameworks and ISO-based QMS implementation.
- - Strong and independent interpersonal skills to build rapport with internal and external customers.
- - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- - Proficient with audit tools, Microsoft Office and systems.
Associate Adult Educator
Key responsibilities
- - Deliver WSQ-certified training programmes in accordance with ITC's curriculum and assessment requirements.
- - Facilitate engaging, learner-centric classroom and on-site training sessions for adult learners from diverse backgrounds.
- - Adapt instructional techniques to support learners with varied language proficiencies and educational levels.
- - Provide constructive feedback and guidance to learners to support their learning outcomes.
- - Administer training-related documentation, including attendance, evaluation and assessment records accurately.
- - Participate in internal standardisation, review and trainer development meetings.
- - Contribute to course refinement by providing practical feedback and suggestions based on learner needs and industry trends.
Minimum Qualifications
- - WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)
- - At least one (1) year of relevant training or facilitation experience with adult learners
Preferred Qualifications
- - Familiarity with the WSQ framework
- - Strong facilitation skills and ability to engage learners
- - Comfortable delivering training in English and/or a second language (e.g., Mandarin, Malay, Tamil) is a plus
- - Industry experience in environmental services, WSH or caregiving sectors preferred
